On the first floor, there is the living room, the dining room opening onto the fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, toaster, food processor, Nespresso coffee machine, utensils … There is also access to the first terrace with relaxing chairs and dining table for 6 people.

Two of the bedrooms are on the second floor, with large double beds. The first, the parental suite opens on a bathroom with shower bath and dressing.

On the third floor, there is access to the second roof terrace with a lounge and a Jacuzzi in service all year round. The third bedroom, with a view of Saint Théodirit cathedral, is very bright and has its own bathroom.

The property is in the heart of Uzès, 30m from the restaurant / hotel / spa La Maison and 1 minute from the duchy.

The house is ideal for 3 couples / singles or family with children. Public parking nearby.

There are many stairs, sometimes steep, it is not suitable for people who have trouble moving.
